8 oz. Alaskan King Crab, in shell
8 oz. Manila Clams, with shells
8 oz. Wild Alaskan Salmon
8 oz. Shrimp (16-20 count)
8 oz. Bok Choy

Chop bok choy and line the bottom of a bamboo steaming basket with the chopped bok choy. Lay the seafood on top of the bok choy and lightly season to taste with kosher salt and black pepper. Steam for 8-10 minutes. Serve with steamed rice, Asian vegetables (we recommend a steamed or stir fried combination of baby bok choy, broccoli, carrots, red and yellow sweet peppers, and snow peas), and a side of stir fry sauce.
Stir Fry Sauce
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Water
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger, chopped
1 tsp Fresh Garlic, chopped
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
