Alaskan Halibut Oscar with crab meat and asparagus

Ingredients
1 Halibut fillet, deboned
3 oz Alaska king crab meat, cooked
6 Medium asparagus spears, cooked
3 oz Prepared Hollandaise sauce
1 Lemon wedge

Grill halibut fillet 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until meat can be flaked with a fork. Meat should be white when done.

Remove from grill, top with warm cooked asparagus and cooked crab meat, spoon hollandaise sauce over top.

Serve with rice pilaf and lemon wedges.
