When the whole gang is coming over, here is a great Alaskan recipe to
serve. Just add a quick green salad and some great toasted French or Italian
bread and you have a superb meal.
INGREDIENTS
1 quart Seafood Stock
1/2 gallon Cream
1/2 gallon Milk
1/2 cup Tomato paste
Heat these four ingredients to 180°F. Thicken with roux.
Add
2 cups canned Yams, unsweetened
1 cup Green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Dill
1 tbsp. Thyme
1 tbsp. Lemon pepper
1 pound Fish, cooked
1/2 pound Shrimp
28 oz. Clams, cooked
1/4 pound Crab, cooked
3 cups diced, cooked Potatoes
Pinch of Tarragon leaf
1/2 tsp. Tea Marjoram
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. White Pepper
