Filling
1 medium Sweet Onion, chopped
1 can Green Chilis
2 cups Sour Cream
2 to 3 cups Baked Halibut
Flour Tortillas
Sauce
1 10-ounce can Mild Enchilada Sauce
1 10-ounce can Hot Enchilada Sauce
1 can Tomato Soup
Shredded Cheese
Mix first four ingredients. Fill flour tortillas and place seam side down in
baking dish. Mix the cans of enchilada sauce and tomato soup, pour over
tortillas, sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve with greens and sauce. Garnish with whole chili peppers.
