4 Wild Alaskan Salmon filets (6 ounces each)
8 fluid ounces honey
2 fluid ounces alaskan birch syrup
2 ounces peppercorn mélange
4 cedar planks
Salt & pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 350. Incorporate honey, syrup, and peppercorns. Salt and
pepper filets, coat filets thoroughly in glaze, place filets on planks.
Drizzle remaining glaze on filets. Bake 8-10 minutes, until salmon is medium
rare. Serve on cedar planks. Enjoy!
