Sour Cream Halibut

1 c. white wine
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. halibut fillet
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onions
Paprika
1 c. fine bread crumbs

Mix wine and salt; marinate halibut for 1 to 4 hours. Drain and dip in bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and onions. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 500 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Serves 4.
