Ingredients
1/2 lb. Bering Sea Red King Crab
1/4 lb. Southeast Alaskan Spotted Shrimp
1/4 lb. Kodiak Sea Scallops (Small)
1 cup Diced Celery
1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
1/2 cup Diced Red Onion
1 tbsp. Diced Green Onion
1/4 cup Sliced Red Bell Peppers
1 Hard Boiled Egg
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 Lemon
4 Kale Leaves
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Prepare Alaskan shellfish by steaming the red king crab, lightly pan searing the spotted shrimp and sea scallops then refrigerating until cold. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss prepared vegetables with salt & pepper, Dijon mustard, old bay seasoning and mayonnaise. Add the shellfish and egg to the mix and chill until ready to serve. Garnish plate with Kale Leaves & lemon.
