Smoked Halibut Appetizers

3/4 lb smoked wild halibut, cut in cubes
8 oz Kühne German Mustard
1 small can pimentos
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1 box whole grain crackers
3 sprigs of thyme

Spread mustard on crackers. Place one cube of halibut on each cracker. Put a slice of radish on top of the halibut cube. Sprinkle pimentos over items and top with a small piece of thyme and serve.
