This thing is big and comfortable, with an over-the-shoulder strap as well as the normal waist pack belt. Our tester used the waist pack belt loosely in conjunction with the over-the-shoulder strap so he could spin it around his body when needing something. He also took it off his waist, connected the buckles, and slung it over his neck when wading deep. Well made, but not waterproof. Lots of small organizer pockets within as well as some big spaces for fly or lure boxes.
