Servings: 3 sushi rolls

Ingredients:

  • 3 nori sheets
  • 1½ c sushi rice
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ avocado
  • 4½ oz Alaska salted salmon roe caviar

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the rice

Rinse the sushi rice 2-3 times in a sieve, then prepare according to package. When the rice is cooked, add the rice vinegar and stir. Allow the rice to cool.

Step 2: Make salmon maki rolls

Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat. Wet your fingers with cold water and cover the sheet with a thin layer of rice, leaving a ¼-inch strip at the top. Cut avocado lengthwise into strips and place them in the center of the sheet. Right next to it, form a second strip with salmon roe. Roll up the roll tightly. Then cut the rolls into portions with a wet knife.
