Cedar Plank Salmon

4 Wild Alaskan Salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
8 oz honey
2 oz Alaskan birch syrup
2 oz peppercorn mélange
4 cedar planks
Salt & pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Incorporate honey, syrup, and peppercorns. Salt and pepper fillets and coat them thoroughly in glaze. Place fillets on planks. Drizzle remaining glaze on fillets. Bake 8-10 minutes, until salmon is medium rare. Serve on cedar planks.
