Bob's Foil-Wrapped Salmon

Ingredients:

Salmon steaks
Lemon Pepper seasoning
Sea Salt
1 onion, chopped
Fresh lemon
Butter

Spray a large piece of foil with Pam. Place your salmon steak on the foil. Season with lemon pepper seasoning and sea salt.

Slice your lemon and quarter the slices. Lay them sporatically on the salmon steak, leaving room in-between for your chopped onion. After applying the chopped onion liberally to the steak, cut several slabs from a cube of butter and place on top of the steak.

Wrap foil tightly. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.

When done, remove from the foil and serve on a plate with white rice and vegetables. Tartar sauce is a good side but rarely needed with this dish.

With salmon we often get guests that say they do not like salmon. We use this dish to introduce them to to the true flavor of fresh king and coho salmon from Alaska. Rarely do we still hear them say they do not like salmon.
