May 22- May 30 Big Dans Fishing Charters had a mixed week of fishing with lots of halibut and some kings coming on the boats this week. we still have some great fish for our Homer fishing report.
Started the day out with rough seas and fog in Homer. This group stuck through it and ended up with some good eating halibut.
Slow start but a strong ending. King bite has been extremely slow but we managed to get one on board. Great day on the salt
Some days the fishing is easy and some days it can be a struggle. Fishing is just that, fishing. Today in Homer they had a beautiful day and a slow bite but still managed to fill the boat.
